5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order.
  • M-PESA: Use PayBill number…
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
  • PayPal: Ideal for international customers or those preferring PayPal transactions.

Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of products, except for COD orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges are the client’s responsibility. Shipping fees will vary depending on your location within Kenya and will be communicated during checkout. Orders above $100 qualify for free delivery within Kenya. Delivery times may vary based on location but generally range from 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 21 calendar days from the delivery date. Please note that items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Certain items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
