Return/exchange policy

At Oriflame Kenya, we are committed to ensuring your product satisfaction. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You may return or exchange products within 21 calendar days from the date of delivery.​
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.​
  • Documentation: A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required.​

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:​

  • Products that have been opened or used.​
  • Items are not in their original packaging.​
  • Promotional items, gifts, or samples.​
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. To initiate the Return, Contact our Customer Service team at +254 725 172196 or email support@oriflameke.co.ke within 21 days of receiving your order.​
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.​
  3. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number if applicable.​
  4. Ship the Product: Send the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please ensure the products are securely packaged.​
  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange accordingly.​

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.​
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item(s).​

Exchanges

  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.​
  • Process: If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:​

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.​
  2. Provide Evidence: Share clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and your order details.​
  3. Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.​
